Toll manufacturing facility is looking for a qualified industrial machine repair technician.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with industrial electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects, including machine repair, fabrication, and installation of new equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and repairs.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in industrial machine repair.
- Skilled in industrial mechanics, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Ability to maintain and repair industrial electrical systems, including 3 phase 240V/480V.
- Knowledge of PLC controls, VFD's, electric motors, and industrial equipment, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Forklift and aerial lift experience preferred, but not required.
