What You’ll Do
As an Outside Golf Operations Attendant, you’ll help create the first and last impression our members have every day.
Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting members and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Preparing, staging, cleaning, and storing golf carts
- Assisting with bag drop and club handling
- Picking, washing, and maintaining range balls
- Setting up and maintaining the driving range and practice facilities
- Keeping the cart barn, bag room, and staging areas clean and organized
- Supporting tournaments, outings, and member events
- Communicating with the Golf Shop to ensure smooth daily operations
- Helping maintain the high standards and appearance of Springfield Golf & Country Club
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to stand, walk, and remain active throughout your shift
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Weekday availability (Monday–Friday) strongly preferred
- Some weekend, holiday, and tournament availability as needed
