Instructional Leadership
- Champion rigorous, engaging, and inclusive teaching practices
- Use data to drive decisions and accelerate student growth
- Provide meaningful feedback and coaching to elevate teaching and learning
- Define and promote clear expectations for effective instruction, curriculum delivery, and assessment.
- Schedule learning walks and school visits to
- Monitor and improve the quality of teaching, learning, and professional culture through well-planned, focused, and supportive learning walks.
- Manage resources strategically to support student success
- Lead and support the development of a positive, inclusive, and high-expectation school culture that promotes student achievement, staff wellbeing, and strong community relationships
- Support schools in managing communication and engagement strategies

Who You Are
You are a passionate, equity-driven leader who believes deeply in the potential of every child and educator.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (required)
- Massachusetts Principal licensure (or eligibility)
- At least 5 years of successful experience as a Principal
- Proven leadership experience with measurable student achievement gains
- Experience working with diverse, multilingual student populations
- Strong knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and data-driven practices
$150,000-$175,000 annually
