What You’ll Do

Instructional Leadership

  • Champion rigorous, engaging, and inclusive teaching practices
  • Use data to drive decisions and accelerate student growth
  • Provide meaningful feedback and coaching to elevate teaching and learning
  • Define and promote clear expectations for effective instruction, curriculum delivery, and assessment.
  • Schedule learning walks and school visits to
  • Monitor and improve the quality of teaching, learning, and professional culture through well-planned, focused, and supportive learning walks.

School Culture & Operations

  • Manage resources strategically to support student success
  • Lead and support the development of a positive, inclusive, and high-expectation school culture that promotes student achievement, staff wellbeing, and strong community relationships
  • Support schools in managing communication and engagement strategies

Family & Community Engagement

  • Build authentic partnerships with families from all backgrounds
  • Foster a school community where every voice matters
  • Communicate openly, respectfully, and consistently

Who You Are

You are a passionate, equity-driven leader who believes deeply in the potential of every child and educator.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (required)
  • Massachusetts Principal licensure (or eligibility)
  • At least 5 years of successful experience as a Principal
  • Proven leadership experience with measurable student achievement gains
  • Experience working with diverse, multilingual student populations
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and data-driven practices

Compensation

$150,000-$175,000 annually
