Principal Responsibilities
- Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks.
- Provide ideas to grow and improve the business.
- Accept designated, business-oriented projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final findings.
- Attend organization and/or department functions and networking events.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving internal processes.
- Comply with the Springfield Clinic incident reporting policy and procedures.
- Adhere to all OSHA and Springfield Clinic training & accomplishments as required per policy.
- Provide excellent customer service and adhere to Springfield Clinic's Code of Conduct and Ethics Standards.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program.
- Previous industry experience is preferred.
- Must be a self-starter, extremely organized, with a high attention to detail, and able to work independently with moderate supervision or direction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint is preferred, but not required.
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
- Professional office environment.
- Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
