Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide high-quality care to our patients and residents in our Weathersfield, Vermont location. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support to our patients and residents, and maintaining a positive and respectful environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients and residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents

• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

• Collaborate with other members of the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Document patient and resident information accurately and maintain confidentiality

• Participate in education and training programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in the state of Vermont

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients and residents with assistance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
