Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to our residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with vital signs, medication management, and other medical procedures as directed by licensed nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents, including assisting with mealtime, toileting, and other daily needs
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for our residents
- Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents, promoting a positive and dignified living environment
- Maintain accurate and timely records, including vital signs, medication administration, and other important information

Requirements:
- Current LNA certification in VT
