Retail Sales Associate
Part-Time, Hourly
Responsibilities
- Responsible for operating a cash register in our retail store during gamedays, non-gamedays and weekends.
- Work in designated areas during games, including the concourse retail locations.
- Handle assigned retail duties in accordance with the company’s operational standards.
- Assist in merchandising functions including store display, inventory receiving, inventory management and stocking merchandise.
- Responsible for handling and responding to guest questions and requests.
- Assist with online orders and maintain proper inventory levels as needed and assigned.
- Monitor the accuracy of transfers, damages, and guest returns to maintain the integrity of the inventory.
- Actively keeps up the store’s appearance including; merchandise neatly organized, attractively displayed and proactively cleaned to maintain the highest level of visual presentation.
- Complete daily store procedures including opening and closing procedures, refunds, exchanges, and voids.
- All other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Retail experience preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills preferred
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Lift/carry up to 40 pounds
- Climb ladder/step ladder
- Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours based on business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old to be considered
