Job Summary
We’re looking for dependable, energetic help during our busy holiday season! As a Seasonal Bakery Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping us keep up with Christmas cookie orders through December 23rd. You’ll assist with all aspects of cookie production — mixing/portion dough, baking, packaging, and keeping our kitchen running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Measure, mix, and portion cookie dough according to recipes
- Operate commercial ovens and ensure consistent baking quality
- Package cookies neatly and accurately for retail and holiday orders
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with inventory and ingredient restocking
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Skills
- Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and a love for cookies are a must!
- Seasonal position: December 1st through December 23rd
- Flexible hours, part-time or full-time shifts available
