Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Grounds Crew Staff to maintain and enhance our outdoor Summer Arts Festival. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our grounds are safe, beautiful, and well-kept. Your hands-on skills and enthusiasm will help create inviting environments that inspire visitors and participants alike.
Responsibilities
- Event Setup and Teardown
- Parking Support
- Logistics Support throughout festival events
- Care for the Facilities (trash removal, general upkeep, etc)
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Ability to work well with a team
- Strong understanding of safety procedures when working with heavy equipment and outdoor tools
- Enthusiasm for outdoor work with a proactive attitude toward maintaining beautiful spaces
