Springdale Post Acute is a skilled nursing facility with long-term care and post-acute rehab located in beautiful Mesa, AZ near Banner Baywood Hospital. At Springdale Post Acute, we are a dynamic team with a lot of growth opportunities.

Availability on DAY SHIFT (6pm-6am)* Pay starting at $19 per hour and increased depending on experience* Daily Pay available! Get paid the same day!*

* Part Time/Full Time- Flexible with Over-Time availability

* Must have a Valid AZ CNA License*

* Must pass be able to pass background check and qualify for Fingerprint Card

All we ask of you....

• Provide compassionate patient care, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate medical documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety, adhering to HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient needs, including those with developmental disabilities or memory care requirements.
• Assist in the implementation of care plans and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
