What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kennel Attendant position at Springdale Kennels?
Looking for a part-time Kennel Attendant.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Duties include:
Feeding dogs. Ensuring food is administered per instructions.
Administering medications per instructions.
Monitoring the health of the animals, identifying any health problems or conditions (medical or behavioral)
Cleaning and disinfecting kennel runs and sleeping areas
Cleaning and upkeep both inside and outside of the kennel area
Maintaining a sanitary environment throughout the facility.
Performing routine housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, sweeping & mopping
Ensuring that all equipment is clean and well-maintained.
Any other cleaning or organizing that needs to be done.
Feeding and cleaning cat kennels.
