Job Description
Execute company standards and initiatives to effectively utilize labor and control variable expense. Develop and achieve division budgets, goals, and strategy/action plans for implementation of labor, scheduling, variable and sustainability initiatives. Communicate and influence all levels of leadership throughout the division for labor, scheduling, expense, sanitation, and sustainability items.
