Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to break into the automotive or collision repair industry? We’re looking for a hands-on, driven Estimator Assistant to support our Estimators in providing fast, accurate repair assessments and top-tier service to our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in inspecting vehicles to identify visible damage

• Help input repair details into estimating software (we’ll train you!)

• Take and upload vehicle photos for insurance claims

• Organize and maintain customer and insurance documents

• Communicate with customers and insurance reps for estimate updates

• Support the team by tracking repair status and keeping everything on schedule

• Keep digital and paper files organized and up-to-date

• Be a reliable part of the team—we value good attitudes as much as experience!

Who You Are:

• Highly organized and great at following up

• Comfortable using a computer and learning new software

• A strong communicator—both written and verbal

• Detail-oriented and dependable

• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure

• Eager to learn and grow in a high-demand industry

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Previous experience in a body shop or auto service environment

• Bilingual skills (especially Spanish)

• Knowledge of estimating tools like CCC ONE or Audatex (not required, but a plus!)

Physical Requirements:

• Able to sit or stand for extended periods

• Move between the office and shop area as needed

• Occasionally lift up to 15 lbs

• Comfortable working indoors and occasionally outdoors
