Base salary begins at $58,500, with a potential starting salary of $62,500 upon qualification.  The Opportunity Responsibilities include but are not limited to recruiting, training, scheduling and supervising Assistant Managers and Direct Support Professionals, managing all house operations including communication with family members/advocates, maintaining medication certification, and participating in on-call rotation. What We Need: •    Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s with three or more years of experience preferred working with people with developmental disabilities •    Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience required; four (4) years preferred.•    Must be able to work a flexible schedule.•    Meet the requirements to drive Springbrook vehicles as required.
