What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teachers Assistant - PRN/Part-time position at Springbrook Behavioral Health System?
JOB SUMMARY:
Springbrook Behavioral Health is seeking a Teacher Assistant to provide support to the teachers who provide daily instruction to the Adolescent School population, and serve as an integral member of the Adolescent Program. This position will also cover teachers for treatment teams, meetings, or absences. This position is a year round PRN/Part time position.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING: Bachelors Degree required.
EXPERIENCE: Experience in teaching students with Special needs and Autism preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrates ability to develop and implement lesson plans for various age groups.
