Compensation & Benefits
- $160,000 - $185,000 base salary

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee audit engagements from planning through issuance
- Serve as a trusted advisor and key client relationship leader
- Review financial statements and audit deliverables
- Provide guidance on complex accounting and auditing matters
- Manage engagement staffing, budgets, and workflow
- Mentor and develop Managers, Seniors, and Staff
- Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic initiatives
- Support practice growth and client development efforts
Qualifications
- CPA required
- 15 years of public accounting audit experience
- Experience leading complex assurance engagements
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting
- Experience with commercial, nonprofit, governmental, or employee benefit plan audits
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and business judgment
