Compensation: $1500- $1750 a week depending on experience

Seeking: FEDEX HOME/GROUND DELIVERY: - OPERATIONS MANAGER

• Complete two to four weeks as a driver before elevation to Operations Manager if no prior FedEx experience

We are looking for qualified / verified operations manager for pick up and delivery routes in the New Hill area. We provide training, courteous and professional work environment. Ideal candidate is seeking long term employment and the opportunity to become key part of management team with business owners.

IDEALLY MUST HAVE

• 1 YEAR OF VERIFIABLE COMMERCIAL, GOVERNMENT, or MILITARY DRIVING / LOGISTICS EXPERIENCE

Requirements:

• Experience assisting or managing a pick up and delivery or Logistics Organization including sort, loading and fulfillment as well as full time and part time employees
• Learn dedicated technology and systems quickly and maintain elevated user status
• Manage Pools of Drivers including hiring and training
• Interact with FedEx corporate office on all facets of the business
• Maintain delivery fulfillment target of 99.5%
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license (no CDL necessary) and a clean driving record (no DWI)
• Be able to read, speak and write in English
• Pass criminal background check, drug test and DOT physical
• Be able to complete and pass a road test
• Be of legal status to work in the USA. We e-Verify
• Have a clean criminal record, no misdemeanors or felonies in the past 10 years
• Be able to safely lift/carry up to 150 lbs with a hand truck
• Pass FedEx approval process to become a qualified driver
• Be ready to work by 7:30 AM each work day with some weekend responsibilities
• Be ready to work between 9 and 10pm in the evenings to plan for the next day's delivery routes
• Comply with SAFETY regulations and practice SAFETY in all situations
• Have exceptional character and professional references
