- Install and program residential AV, lighting, shading, network, and control systems (Savant, Lutron, Sonos, TVs, shades, etc.).
- Deliver clean, reliable, and well-managed work that meets Springboard’s high standards.
- Solve problems on-site and ensure every detail is right—from cable terminations to perfectly tuned lights.
- Collaborate with a team that works hard, is eager to grow, and stays ego-free.

- 2 years Lutron, network, and residential AV installation experience.
- Strong wiring, rack building, and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail—you take pride in work only another tech might ever see.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Travel required across Philadelphia, Manhattan, Miami, and beyond
- Experience with Lutron, Sonos, or networking is required.
