Your Role:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic counseling services in office and telehealth environments
- Complete an initial psychosocial assessment and service plans for each client served to identify treatment needs, client strengths
- Maintain a weekly average of 25 billable events
- Document therapeutic services, client/collateral contacts, and other service delivery in the electronic health record according to agency/ CARF/ HIPAA standards
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
