What You’ll Do
- Install and program AV, lighting, shading, and control systems (Savant, Lutron, Sonos, TVs, shades, etc.)
- Deliver clean, reliable, and well-managed work that meets Springboard’s high standards
- Solve problems on-site and ensure every detail is right—from cable terminations to perfectly tuned lights

- 2 years AV installation experience (residential preferred)
- Strong wiring, rack building, and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail—you take pride in work only another tech might ever see
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with Lutron, Savant, Sonos, or networking required
