Compensation: $28–$42 per hour based on experience $100 per overnight travel night

What You’ll Do
- Install TVs, speakers, motorized shades, lighting control, and networking equipment
- Build and wire AV racks with precision
- Terminate and label low-voltage wiring cleanly
- Assist with programming and final system commissioning
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and solve problems professionally
- Work inside finished luxury homes where care and attention matter
- 2 years hands-on installation experience in residential AV, low-voltage, electrical, or construction
- Strong wiring, rack-building, and troubleshooting fundamentals
- Experience with Lutron, Sonos, Savant, or residential networking preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional presence with clients, builders, and designers
Travel Expectation
Travel is an essential function of this role because our projects take us where our clients go.
- Primary Hubs: Projects in Philadelphia and NYC are common.
- The Road: Overnight stays are required.
- The Destinations: Longer-distance travel may occur, including destinations such as Florida.
- Fully Covered: All business travel beyond a normal commute is fully covered.
- The Perks: You will receive a $100 per night overnight bonus when applicable, stay in real hotels, and enjoy team dinners on the company.
