What You’ll Do
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings
- Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
- Use positive reinforcement to teach communication, social interaction, and daily living skills
- Collect and document session data using our electronic platform
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and supervisors to ensure consistent and effective care
What You’ll Need
- Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or GED required (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus)
- Prior experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow guidance and work independently in the field
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Pine Bluff and the surrounding rural areas
- Must pass a background check and complete Medicaid compliance training (if applicable)
