Springboard ABA is a new and growing ABA therapy company dedicated to delivering personalized, in-home services to children in Arkansas. To build a strong foundation, we're seeking a driven and experienced BCBA Clinical Director to shape our clinical team and guide us toward excellence in ABA services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, oversee, and supervise a team of BCBAs and RBTs in providing high-quality ABA therapy
- Build out Clinical documentation.
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans for children with autism
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards
- Train, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff in a supportive environment
- Work closely with families, offering ongoing guidance and support
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification (required)
- Experience in ABA therapy and clinical management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families
