Responsibilities Include

Responsibilities Include
- Stacking 50lb bags on pallets & wrapping pallets for shipping
- Mixing/blending material for fertilizer and ice melter
- Running and monitoring machines to ensure safety and efficiency
- Operating a forklift to move pallets between buildings.
- Operating a front end loader to transport bulk materials
- General cleanup of work areas
- Miscellaneous projects as needed (inventory, grounds keeping, etc)
- $18.00-$20.00 per hour starting pay based on experience.
- We offer cross training opportunities in other areas of production.

- Previous experience and comfortability in forklift operation, including stacking pallets 2-3 high is a plus!
- Ability to follow written & verbal instructions
- Ability to work 1st Shift (6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday)
- Willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives
- The ability to keep accurate records and follow procedures
- Pass a post-offer drug screen
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work
- Ability to lift 50 lbs comfortably
Salary : $18 - $20
