Job Overview

Spring Valley Golf Club is seeking an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Cart Attendant / Outside Services Associate to join our team. This position is the face of the golf course and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, enjoyable experience for every golfer who visits our facility.

As a member of the Outside Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring that golf carts, practice facilities, and guest service areas are clean, organized, and ready for play throughout the day. From the moment golfers arrive until the final cart is put away each evening, you will help maintain the high standards of service that our members and guests expect.

This is a physically active, outdoor position that requires initiative, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. No two days are exactly the same. You may spend your morning preparing an entire fleet of golf carts, your afternoon greeting guests and assisting with tournaments, and your evening washing carts and getting everything ready for the next day. Applicants should enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather, interacting with people, and taking pride in keeping the golf course looking its best.

Outside Services staff work closely with the Golf Shop and Grounds Maintenance teams to ensure daily operations run efficiently. Whether you're helping a first-time golfer find their cart, setting up for a tournament, maintaining the driving range, or assisting with pace of play on the course, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional golf experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare, clean, wash, fuel, and stage the golf cart fleet each day.
• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and assist them at the bag drop.
• Load and unload golf bags while providing exceptional customer service.
• Pick, clean, and maintain the driving range and practice facilities.
• Keep the cart stations, staging area, clubhouse entrances, and surrounding grounds clean and organized.
• Assist with tournament and league setup, including cart signs, scorecards, and staging.
• Monitor pace of play and assist golfers when appropriate.
• Stock coolers, water stations, scorecard boxes, and other course amenities.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including securing equipment and facilities.
• Work as part of a team to ensure every guest enjoys a positive experience from arrival to departure.

Schedule:

• Full Time, Part Time,
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
