Spring Ridge is hiring for Caregivers/HCA/CNA (SR)
JOB DUTIES of the Caregivers/HCA/CNA:
- Provide direct care to residents with utmost respect and dignity.
- Recognize and meet residents’ needs while simultaneously encouraging independence.
- Uphold a safe home-like setting. This includes assisting our seniors with activities of daily living (i.e., dressing, bathing, grooming and other personal care needs).
- Residents are also assisted by caregivers with purposeful tasks such as socializing, cleaning, arts and crafts, and more.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- You manage time like a professional and you’re at least 18 years of age.
- You’re able to complete CPR and First Aid certifications.
- You’re reliable and prompt and are comfortable interacting with the public, visitors, residents, and other staff with tact.
- Frequent lifting requirement of 20 lbs. (or less), occasional lifting requirement of greater than or equal to 50 lbs.
- You are detail oriented!
