What are the responsibilities and job description for the Swimming Pool Technician position at Spring Pool Services Inc.?
Spring Pool Services is currently hiring for a full time Swimming Pool Technician. Must have a truck or pool Trailer.
No experience? No problem. We will train the right individual. You will get 1-2 weeks of full training before you are sent into the field. Training will pay $100 a day.
We are looking for an extremely assertive, dependable and hard-working individual who has excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. This person over communicates, respects property and takes initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a daily pool route
- Communicate professionally with clients and relay all information to management
- Answer and communicate with management on the phone at any given time. Be proactive in your communication.
Qualifications and Skills (Required):
- Personal truck required
- Must Speak English
- Must show a recent full year of experience with extensive walking and standing in the hot Florida sun
- Valid driver's license
- Must have a reliable phone
- Must have great attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted throughout the day
- Must be presentable in front of customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $950.00 - $1,150.00 per week
