We believe in treating every resident with dignity, compassion, and respect, and we're looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) who shares our commitment to excellence in senior care.
\n- Overseeing and delegating medication administration to CMAs
- Charting and maintaining accurate medical records
- Conducting and reviewing resident assessments
- Wound documentation and review of managed risk agreements
- Participating in an on-call rotation for medical emergencies reporting directly to the Director of Wellness
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Senior Living experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
