We are currently seeking a Dietary Server to assist in preparing, serving, and delivering meals to residents while maintaining a clean and sanitary dining environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys food service and is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve meals, snacks, and beverages in a timely and friendly manner.
- Assist with food preparation and portioning under the direction of dietary leadership.
- Ensure kitchen, equipment, and dining areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
- Support residents with mealtime needs, including assistance with eating and drinking as needed.
- Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and infection control guidelines.
- Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure smooth, efficient meal service.
- Follow any special dietary requirements and resident preferences.
- Contribute to a positive dining experience for residents by maintaining a cheerful and courteous attitude.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a dietary or food service role preferred (assisted living or healthcare setting a plus).
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Reliable, flexible, and available to work evenings and weekends.
