- Lead and supervise direct care staff to ensure proper medication administration, treatments, documentation, teaching, care planning, and patient conferencing in compliance with Health Campus policies
- Conduct daily resident rounds to assess physical and emotional status
- Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of medications, medical supplies, and equipment
- Ensure nursing assistants follow established procedures for PPE use and disposal
- Promote a safe, clean, and healthy environment for residents and staff

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure
- Current, valid Indiana RN license
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, families, visitors, vendors, and regulatory agencies
- Knowledge of nursing practices, long-term care regulations, and applicable laws
- 8-hour shifts
- Full-time and part-time availability
- Rotating holidays
- Weekend availability
