Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our golf driving range team. This role is SEASONAL. its also essential to provide exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions and maintaining a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
- Operate the cash register accurately, processing transactions and handling cash efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of store products to provide effective product demos and recommendations.
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist in restocking shelves/baskets of balls
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Uphold company policies regarding cash handling and customer service standards.
Skills
- Proficient in cash register operation and cash handling procedures.
- Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Familiarity with math to assist in accurate pricing and transaction processing.
- Previous experience in retail sales is advantageous, demonstrating an understanding of customer needs.
- Strong organizational skills for managing stock levels and maintaining store appearance.
Customers come to the service window of the clubhouse to get served, you would be dealing with the customers transactions and providing them with whichever size basket of balls they are purchasing.

We want you to treat them the same.
This is a small family business, and we treat our own like family as well.
You would be needed Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm
It is a seasonal job from April-October.
