Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software such as OPERA.
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, addressing guest requests and inquiries promptly.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with empathy and resolve issues swiftly to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
- Follow hotel emergency procedures confidently to maintain safety and security for all guests and staff.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and maintain high service standards.
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to support personalized service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA is preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently.
