Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications safely and accurately, adhering to state and company guidelines.
- Provide health consultations, effectively communicating any changes in residents’ health to physicians and families.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.
- Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with departmental standards.
- Collaborate closely with all departments to continuously enhance resident care and experiences.
- Conduct thorough resident assessments as required, upholding confidentiality standards.
- Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program is preferred.
- Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Virginia.
- BLS and CPR certification required.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Assisted living experience is preferred.
