- Collaboration: Work closely with nurses and caregivers to monitor residents' health and report any concerns.

- Detail-Oriented: Ensures precise medication administration and meticulous record-keeping.

- Reliable & Professional: Upholds strong ethics and accountability in all interactions.
- Certification: Valid Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification required.
