Position Summary:
As a Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of our community, greeting residents and visitors while providing essential assistance. Your role will involve handling inquiries, managing emergency situations, and performing various clerical duties, all while ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere. This position reports to the Business Office Manager/Assistant Administrator.
Concierge Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming Environment: Greet residents, visitors, and prospective residents with warmth and professionalism.

Communication: Handle telephone inquiries effectively and relay calls to the appropriate departments.

Safety Oversight: Monitor surveillance systems and alarms, ensuring the safety of residents and property.

Documentation: Maintain visitor logs, document concerns, and report issues to supervisors as needed.

Package Handling: Receive and deliver packages and other items as requested.

Emergency Preparedness: Maintain emergency contact information and assist during emergency situations.
