Position Overview for Certified Med Tech:
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Certified Med Techs to assist our residents with their daily living activities while ensuring their medical needs are met. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a heart for service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities as a Certified Med Tech:

Medication Administration: Administer medications to residents according to their service plans and monitor for any side effects.

Personal Care Support: Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility, promoting their dignity and independence.

Documentation: Accurately document residents' health statuses and any changes, adhering to community standards and regulations.

Emotional Support: Provide emotional and social support to residents, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.

Safety and Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations and community standards to ensure the well-being of residents.
