Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for staff to follow.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations within the housekeeping department.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
