Duties
- Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase occupancy rates, revenue, and profitability through effective revenue management techniques.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to maintain financial health of the property.
- Foster a positive guest relations environment by ensuring high standards of customer service and addressing guest concerns promptly.
- Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated team.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards across all departments.
- Oversee night audit procedures and manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to ensure smooth communication channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and local community stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles including guest services, revenue management, and human resources.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
