Duties

- Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and reservation processing using multi-line phone systems
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with clear phone etiquette and effective communication
- Assist guests with special requests, room changes, or issues to ensure a positive experience
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management
- Maintain accurate guest records, billing information, and hotel management system updates
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction
- Ensure guest relations are prioritized by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
Experience
- Previous hotel or hospitality management experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Bilingual or multilingual skills highly valued to serve diverse guest populations
- Strong customer service background with excellent interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with front desk operations, hotel management software, and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
