Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Outside Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our property's exterior areas. This position plays a crucial role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily trash pickup throughout the property grounds and parking areas.
- Use pressure washing equipment to clean sidewalks, entryways, and other outdoor surfaces.
- Pull weeds and perform basic landscaping maintenance to keep areas tidy.
- Operate leaf blowers to clear debris from sidewalks, curbs, and parking lots.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the outside parking lot, including sweeping and removing litter or debris.
- Notify management of any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or repair needs observed during duties.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies while operating equipment and performing tasks.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or maintenance work preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate basic outdoor maintenance equipment (e.g., pressure washer, leaf blower).
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
