What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Toddler Teacher position at Spring Hill Day School?
Lead Teacher in our Toddler age class, age ranges from 15 months - 30 months.
Must have previous teaching experience in a child care setting, degreed preferred, but not required.
Must be loving, have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, kindness and unwavering love for children.
We follow the Williamson County Schools calendar, full time staff receive paid days off. This position will work together along side an experienced assistant.
Hours are 8:30 - 3:15, Monday - Friday.
Position begins August 12th, 2026.
Pay varies depending upon experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
