Spring Hill Auto Body, Inc. is seeking a skilled and dependable Automotive Paint Technician to join our team full-time. We are a well-established shop known for high-quality workmanship, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in producing exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle prep work prior to paint application
- Refinish and apply paint with accurate color match and smooth finish
- Manage and maintain inventory of paint materials and supplies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and shop staff
Paint System:
- We are currently a PPG Envirobase paint line shop
Qualifications:
- I-CAR certifications required
- Experience in automotive painting/refinishing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, professional, and able to meet production timelines
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Position Details:
- Full-time

Compensation & Benefits:
- 40% commission pay structure
- Earning potential of $85,000 annually
