We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and blood sampling with precision and care.
- Collect, label, and process specimens according to established protocols.
- Maintain aseptic technique during all procedures to prevent contamination.
- Conduct vital signs assessments as part of patient care.
- Provide excellent patient service by communicating effectively with patients about procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation of specimen collection and processing in compliance with laboratory standards.
- Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in laboratory procedures and techniques, preferably in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to phlebotomy and patient care.
- Familiarity with anatomy and physiology to effectively perform blood sampling procedures.
- Experience with specimen collection/processing and understanding of laboratory protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to provide compassionate patient service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Work Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience. One( ) years phlebotomy experience preferred. Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
