Job Summary
Spring Haven Senior Living is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Housekeeper to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain resident apartments daily, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Handle high-volume cleaning responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Ensure all common areas (hallways, restrooms, lounges, etc.) are cleaned and maintained daily
- Dust, vacuum, mop, disinfect, and sanitize surfaces according to company protocols
- Remove trash and ensure proper waste disposal
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Follow all infection control, safety, and housekeeping procedures
- Provide courteous and respectful interactions with residents, staff, and visitors
- Uphold Spring Haven’s mission by delivering caring and compassionate service in every task and interaction
Schedule & Job Type
- Full-time position available
- Day shift with weekend and holiday rotation as needed
- On-site role at Spring Haven Senior Living

Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred (healthcare or senior living a plus)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet high cleanliness standards
- Ability to manage high-volume daily cleaning tasks efficiently
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
- Must successfully pass a drug screening
- Must pass an AHCA Level 2 background check
