RN or LPN - Full Time 11P-7A

Spring Harbor at Green Island is currently recruiting energetic Full-Time RN or LPN to be part of our Skilled Nursing team. We are looking for outgoing and caring individuals who have a drive for life and a personality to make people feel good. This position is FULL -TIME 8 hour shifts.

Knowledge and Skill

• State of Georgia license as a Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse.
• Minimum associate's degree in nursing.
• Two years of experience working as a Licensed Registered or Practical Nurse including some medical/surgical experience and awareness of the needs of geriatric residents.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interrupt state regulations, human service periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate in courteous, friendly manner and effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to effectively manage and direct subordinates.
• Ability to calculate figures related to medication dosages, and amounts such as percentages and area.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
