Spring Harbor at Green Island is searching for an exceptional Clinical Manager to lead our Memory Care programs. We are a vibrant community committed to providing enriching experiences and personalized care for our residents.
In this leadership position, you will be instrumental in:
- Ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and enhancing the overall quality of life for our cherished residents.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans and assessments.
- Closely monitoring medication regimens and upholding rigorous safety protocols.
- Providing leadership and mentorship to our dedicated care team.
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, offering education and support within the Spring Harbor community.
- Maintaining full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong clinical background.
- A genuine passion for working with seniors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in long-term care and/or assisted living is highly preferred.
