- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with field staff.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer databases.
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed.
- Support marketing efforts through social media and community outreach.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role.
