Who We Are: Spring Garden Flower Shop, a cornerstone in the San Antonio community since 1990, is led by Oralia Espinoza, a certified floral professional (AIFD, CFD, TMF). We are seeking an experienced and versatile Floral Designer ready to hit the ground running. Your Role Will Involve:
- Independently crafting stunning floral arrangements that delight and inspire our clients.
- Engaging in various roles within the shop, including customer service, inventory management, and general shop upkeep, to ensure seamless operations.
- Multitasking and adapting quickly to changing priorities throughout the day.
- Proactively taking on additional responsibilities as needed, helping in all aspects of the flower shop to support the team and enhance our service offerings.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is a seasoned floral designer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of different floral products and design techniques.
- Is fully capable and ready to design at a professional level from day one, without the need for further training.
- Excels in a dynamic environment, ready to step in wherever needed, from designing to administrative tasks or customer engagement.
- Maintains a professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Can work flexibly during peak times, weekends, and holidays.
- Is physically capable of arranging and transporting products up to 30 lbs.
- Holds a valid Texas driver’s license and a high school diploma (or equivalent).
