Spring Ford Country Club is seeking Bus persons for our member dining rooms for dinner service from 4:30pm -9:00pm Wednesday through Saturday and 4:00pm-8:00pm on Sunday.
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Job Tasks
1. Assists servers in their set-up, service and clean-up tasks.
2. Serves water as guests are seated.
3. Removes soiled dishes from table; brings to dish-washing area.
4. Removes soiled linen and replaces with clean linen.
5. Sets tables with silverware, glassware and other items.
6. Stocks servers’ station with supplies.
7. Collects trash from dining room, grill and other specified places after each serving period.
8. Dusts chairs before and after meals.
9. Keeps ice bins and buckets filled.
10. Cleans and stores child high chairs and booster seats.
11. Collects soiled linen from dining room; transfers to linen pick-up area.
12. Folds napkins and bread basket folds.
13. Cleans up spills, broken service ware and attends to similar problems during service with minimal disruption .
14. Polishes silver service items.
15. Moves tables and chairs as needed for the next member and guest diners.
16. Re-sets tables at end of shift for the next meal period.
