What You’ll Do
As a Spring Step Shoes Sales Associate, you’ll play an essential role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience — one that reflects our commitment to quality, comfort, and service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging customers with genuine warmth, professionalism, and product knowledge.
- Driving sales by identifying customer needs, offering thoughtful recommendations, and upselling complementary styles.
